Typically shaped pasta from Sicily. Produced with Italian durum wheat semolina, processed using artisan methods, bronze-drawn and dried at a low temperature.
The shape of this pasta makes it ideal for use in oven-baked dishes (e.g. timbale) or for serving in hot broth.
