Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and processed using artisan methods. The signature feature of this pasta is wheat germ and the intense black colour from cuttlefish. They’re ideal served with fish sauces.
This pasta can be mixed with the Red chilli- or the Lemon and pepper Linguine, since they’ve the same cooking time (5/6 minutes), to create a more colourful and rich in flavour plate!
