Produced with Italian durum wheat semolina, processed using artisan methods, bronze-drawn and dried at a low temperature. The signature feature of this pasta is the ancient wheat called “Senatore Cappelli” from which it is made; a type of wheat selected in the early 1900s, with specific active ingredients and nutrients. It is ideal with all condiments, both simple and light, as well as more elaborate meat sauces.
