Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina, processed using artisan methods. This pasta releases an amazing, distinctive fragrance of the ligurian green Olives and wheat germ during cooking.
Ideal served with vegetables seasonings. We suggest you to try them with tuna or with a simple tomato sauce.
