Typical romanian Pasta, Produced with Italian durum wheat semolina. The bronze drawing method gives the pasta excellent consistency and roughness.
Their square shape allow this pasta to release the starch flavours, required to allow it to be tossed in the pan at the final stage, thus blending perfectly with all types of sauces.
