Tomato Tagliolini

Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina, processed using artisan methods. This pasta releases an amazing, distinctive fragrance of Tomato and wheat germ during cooking.
It cooks quickly, in just 5 minutes and has a great consistency, which makes them ideal to combine with vegetable seasonings.
This pasta can be mixed with the Egg, the Nettle or the salmon tagliolini, since they’ve the same cooking time, to create a more colourful and rich in flavour plate!
