Black Squid Ink Fusilli

Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina, processed using artisan methods and dried at low temperature. Pasta with a distinctive fish flavour and intense black colour from squid which is retained during cooking and does not leave any residue in the water. Ideal served with fish seasonings.
